Payments and refunds

Free trial

A new account can use one free meeting of up to 10 minutes, once you have confirmed your email address with the link we send. You do not need to enter a payment method for the trial.

The trial is one meeting, once per account. Its 10 minutes start when you start the meeting and can't be paused or restarted; if you stop early, the remaining minutes are not kept.

One-time purchases

A single session costs ₹250 for up to 60 minutes. A 30-session pack costs ₹3,499, with up to 60 minutes per session. Each purchase is charged once by Razorpay; there is no automatic renewal.

Purchased sessions are added after Razorpay confirms payment and don't expire.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, including requests for unused sessions and sessions already used. A refund is not automatic or guaranteed. To request a review, email support@koanshell.com with your Koanshell account email and payment or order reference, and explain the issue.
